We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24–48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a 'Roasted On' date so you can track peak flavor.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an error with your order or damage during shipping, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, our 'Intelligentsia Subscription' allows you to receive your favorite blends on a recurring schedule. Subscribing saves you 10% on every order and ensures you never run out of fresh coffee.
